For individual users and those new to VoIP our free VoIP trial service provides a single line with pre-pay calls for inbound and outbound connection to the public phone network. The service includes Voicemail, Call Transfer, 3 way conferencing and great rates on phone calls.

What do we charge?
- Firstly, we have a monthly line rental for using the service.
- Secondly, when you make a phone call from your VoIP phone to a normal telephone we will charge you for the call, according to the rates in the table to the right.
We also have unlimited calls packages that include line rental + all local calls + national calls. These unlimited calls packages exclude mobiles and non-geographic numbers (i.e. 0870).
Please note we bill by the second, and there is a minimum call charge of 1.5 pence on all calls except freephone calls. Prices quoted do not include VAT.

This is a simple and cost effective way of routing any number to any existing PSTN number. This is normally used if you want to add a new telephone number, probably a 'professional' number (e.g. an 0800 or 0845 number or a 'memorable' number in your home area code) for a new business or new reason within an existing business (dedicated sales line for instance).
